Tanya is a personal trainer and Pilates instructor with a special interest in how fitness and nutrition can be used to great effect to improve an individual’s health and wellbeing. Her approach to
obtaining a fit and healthy body is to look at how various aspects of wellness (a healthy mind, body and lifestyle) can be
incorporated into everyday living.


Personal training sessions are tailored to the individual requirements of each client and therefore can vary considerably in the areas of focus.

Our areas of speciality are:
• General fitness
• Nutrition & weight loss
• Core strength & balance.

Using a variety of techniques including free weights, kettle bells, power plates and TRX
